Research, precedent analysis, and housing culminate in a proposal that aims to address the housing crisis of Baltimore, MD. Using E3, a mass timber construction in Berlin, as precedent, this proposal takes the circulation logics and party wall conditions to propose a prefabricated perimeter block scheme.
